604: Angelina's Dutch Corner (New West)

Nice brunch place in the quay at New Westminster. Everyone in the hood seems to know about this place. They are known for their waffles and pannekoeken. This is a good place for hearty, comforting brunches with great customer service. My waffle was served cold and the parts where the fruits were placed on the waffle got soggy. So my advice is to ask for the toppings to be served on the side. I added money for the real maple syrup on the side but I don't think they use good grade maple syrup. The bratwurst was a little salty, but otherwise, delicious! It was totally worth the add on.

604: Siegel's Bagel (GI)

I've always liked my bagels with cream cheese, but I tried Siegel's Bagel and liked it enough to (A.) eat it plain (B.) added Siegel's Bagel as a copycat item. It's chewy inside and has the perfect crust from the outside. My favourite bagel flavor so far are the sundried tomato, rosemary bagels and apple cinnamon. I've also tried their blueberry, plain, and everything but bagel. I didn't particularly like the blueverry one - it tasted like whole wheat bagel..

I'd like to try other items like the bagel sandwiches and breakfast bagel items.

604: Jam Cafe - Brunch Fave

Paid a visit to one of the most renowned brunch restaurants in Vancity, and I think most Vancouverites would agree that this is one of our favourite Brunch spots in Vancity. They have two locations including Kitsilano and Yaletown. Here we are at the Kits location and we ordered the two signatures: Charlie bowl and Green Eggs and Ham 😋😋

Be prepared to drink lots of water afterward but it was sooo good! 🥰 The Brunches here definitely comforted my soul.
